As stated in the emails leading up to this batch, this is a PRE-ORDER for a  Titus Arms NylAUG. This is the last batch we plan on doing for the foreseeable future unless retailers are able to import the rumored kits sitting in Tunisia, Austria, and Australia. At the moment, we do NOT have a set shipping date – a lot of components are external out of our control such as barrels from KAK, and metal components from Riptide. We plan on getting these out before July at the latest, but is subject to change.

As of 10/01/2025, All Titus Arms NylAUG builds will come with a Riptide Rails Aluminum Trunnion, and a top picatinny rail. This is to help with accuracy with the platform. Due to the raw expense of these parts, prices will be increase to $895 to reflect these changes.

Well — meet the NylAUG.

Inspired by the legendary Steyr AUG, the NylAUG is a faithful bullpup clone built on genuine 1990s Malaysian SME parts kits, engineered to deliver the compact balance and handling the platform is known for — with a modern, budget-minded twist. Our receivers are printed in carbon-fiber reinforced nylon-6 to keep weight low while remaining durable for real use. Where interface and strength matter we use metal: Riptide aluminum trunnions and a full top picatinny rail for rock-solid optic mounting, plus metal hardware where it counts.

Each NylAUG runs on a precision KAK threaded barrel (1/2-28) and uses a set-screw style gas block for mounting versus the standard press fit and long-term service. The barrel and gasblock are matched and tuned separately from the fire control components to ensure consistent gas timing and reliability across builds.

The fire-control heart of the NylAUG is our specialty: a tuned AR-15 fire control trigger pack — in our opinion one of the best semi-automatic AUG trigger solutions on the market. Paired with the tuned barrel/gas system and Riptide trunnions, the NylAUG delivers a crisp, reliable semi-auto experience that feels far more expensive than it is.

Because these are assembled from surplus SME kits and high-quality aftermarket parts, all components will show honest wear and patina — especially the stocks. We consider that part of the platform’s character, not a defect.

Officially, all Titus Arms products include a 1-year limited warranty. Unofficially, while the model is actively produced we’ll stand behind part & receiver failures for customers on production runs.
