Titus Arms has you covered.

By popular demand, we’re now offering our NylAUG Build Service — a straightforward way to turn a parts kit that’s been sitting on the shelf into a compliant, semi-automatic rifle built to our NylAUG specification. Whether you’re aiming for a simple, budget-friendly build or a fully optioned setup, this service gives you the flexibility to configure it exactly how you want.

If you opt out of purchasing the additional components from us, but have your own, feel free to ship them with your kit, and we will install it.

The base build includes our Titus Arms NylAUG stripped receiver set along with the conversion of your surplus AUG stock to semi-automatic, NylAUG spec. From there, you can choose to keep things minimal, provide your own components, or have us supply and install additional upgrades. Options such as gas block restoration and setup, aluminum Riptide trunnions, full-length top rails, and fire control group configurations are all available to tailor the build to your needs.

Like all of our 3D printed offerings, this service includes a one-year warranty on the parts and work we provide. Beyond that, we’ll do our best to support you for as long as Titus Arms is around.

This will be a legal firearm once completed, and will need to be shipped to an FFL at checkout.

Barrel Options: None / Provide your own, 14.5″, 16.5″ or 18.5″

OEM Gas Block Restoration: No / DIY / Provide Your Own, Or have us do it (A restored gas block OR KAK gas block is required for a functional rifle!

Riptide Aluminum Trunnion: No (3D printed), or have use include a riptide trunnion for better thermal management and accuracy

Riptide Top Rail: Have us provide a riptide top pic rail, or DIY / include your own

Fire Control Group: Your surplus trigger pack will not physically fit, or be compatible with the NylAUG, and will need to be converted to semi auto spec, or you can purchase one of our AR15 trigger packs.

LEADTIMES: Lead times are currently unknown – which isn’t the most settling thing. Ideally, the goal is a 6 – 8 week turnaround, however this is also dependent on our suppliers, such as Riptide Rails, KAK industries, and our gas block restoration guy. This is definitely one of those “send it and forget it” services, but know that we are working our hardest for a good turn around.

If you’ve got a kit collecting dust, this is the easiest way to turn it into something you’ll actually use.
